How do I find available chalets for the period I want to stay?

Can I book a resort for day use?

  • Unfortunately it is not possible to book a resort for day use. The minimum that can be booked through our website is one night.

  • Unfortunately not. If you wish to make a booking, please fill in the order form on our website.

Can I leave my luggage?

  • Yes, we can look after your luggage. If at check in your room is not ready yet or in case of early check out after .We will store your luggage free of charge on your check-in and check-out days.

  • Yes, you can rent a car either through the resort or from one of the local car-rental specialists with which we have special agreements in place.

How do I book accommodation?

  • Booking is possible only by completing the reservation form on our web site. Please, select the dates of your stay and type of rooms you have chosen. The system will show you the price for the accommodation. If you agree with the total price and the booking conditions, just click on button “Book now” and the reservation form will show up. Once you finish the order form and click on button “Book now”, your reservation will be confirmed shorty to your email address after you settle the payments.

How do I know that my reservation is cancelled?

  • When your reservation is cancelled, you will get a cancellation confirmation from us. If you don’t hear back from us in 30 minutes, please get in touch with us by some other means (e-mail).

How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?

  • After completing and sending us your order form, you will get an automatic receipt e-mail containing your order number and a barcode

How many person does the chalet accommodate?

  • We have two type of chalets : Standard can accommodate 2 pax and Family can accommodate 4 pax.

  • You can book as many rooms as are available for selected period.

I made a reservation but did not receive any confirmation. What should I do?

  • Before finalizing your reservation please double check your e-mail address because a mistake in the e-mail address is the most common reason why our clients do not receive their confirmations. In some cases, our e-mails can also end up in the “spam folder” so please check it as well. In any case, please try to contact us by e-mail to roomreservation@kerianghill.com.my as we will be very happy to assist you and solve the problem as soon as possible.

  • Wireless internet connection at reception and restaurant area only.
  • No wireless connection in the chalets

Is a shutter service available from the airport?

  • Yes, this service is available on request. When booking this service, please state the flight number for your arrival and/or departure and the relevant times. The cost of the service is available as optional when you book online via our website.

  • Yes. We shall provide our special local breakfast to our guests and will sent it to your respective rooms.

Is it possible to order an extra bed and how much will it be?

  • Please note that the price for extra beds wil not be included in the total price for accommodation. If you wish to add extra bed, please write your request to : roomreservation@kerianghill.com.my. Extra bed only available for Standard chalet only not for Family chalet. Please note that any type of extra bed is upon request and has to be confirmed by us thru email. The price for one extra bed is RM40.00 and only one extra bed per chalet.

What happens if I have extra guests staying in my room?

  • We mostly sell rooms based upon occupancy as stated in our website, which means the rate covers two adults (Standard) and four adults (Family). A third or more in a room always results in an extra charge. The rate for the extra charge : RM100/pax.
